The 2023 MLS Draft proved a dream come true for two former Lansing Common players. Former Robins Aidan O’Connor, a CB playing for the University of Virginia, and Ethan Brandt, GK for Western Michigan University, were drafted.

O’Connor, who played for LCFC in 2021, was selected with the 12th overall pick by the New York Red Bulls!

Brandt, our most outstanding player in 2022 and fresh off an NCAA Sweet 16 run, was selected with the 17th pick of the 2nd round by the Los Angeles Galaxy!

Both players made a huge impact during their time in Lansing, and we can’t wait to see what they do at the next level!
