Since 2021, the partnership between Lansing Common and Strange Matter Coffee has raised money for local organizations that make a difference in the Lansing community. A portion of sales from each bag of Early Bird is donated to local organizations, and a smaller portion goes to support Lansing Common’s operations.

Through this partnership, we’ve raised over $4,000 for local non-profits.

We compete in the Midwest Premier League, a group of like-minded clubs focused on sustainability, promoting high-level competition, and participating in regional and national cup competitions.

Through the Early Bird Fund, LCFC will be providing grants of $517 to nonprofit organizations on a rolling basis. Interested organizations can apply more than once. Applications must be submitted by an employee or board member of the applying organization. Please limit applications to once per month.

Applications are reviewed and approved by the LCFC Board of Directors.
