After a 4-2 victory over AIM SC, Lansing Common FC continues its homestand at 7:00 pm on Friday, June 30, as the Robins are set to host Thundercats SC for a Midwest Premier League cross-division battle.

Lansing currently sits at 5-1-1 on the season, and four points back of first place in the Great Lakes West Division of the Midwest Premier League. West Michigan Bearings are at the top of the table with 20 points.

For Thundercats SC, the club stands at 2-3-1 and is tied for fifth place in the Great Lakes East Division with nine points.

Winners of four-straight matches, Lansing Common has an opportunity to gain ground on first place in the West Division, as the red-hot Robins continue their quest for a championship.

Forward Seth Russ is also looking to continue his breakout season. The Midwest Premier League’s leading goal-scorer is coming off of back-to-back multi-goal games, with a brace against AIM SC and a hat-trick against BiH Grand Rapids.
