Lansing Common FC announced their first annual Lansing Facts Night home game hosted jointly with the Lansing Facts Institute will be this Friday, July 14 at 7:30 PM at Eastern Stadium. Lansing Common will host West Michigan Bearings in a matchup between first and third-place teams in the Midwest Premier League’s Great Lakes West Division. 

The evening will feature an exclusive t-shirt, an all-new pregame and halftime playlist, giveaways from the MSU Surplus Store, and more. 

“We’ve always tried to use soccer to bring our community together, lift up other organizations doing good, and have fun in the process,” said Eric Walcott, President of Lansing Common FC. “Our members, staff, and players are all looking forward to kicking off a new community tradition with our fellow Lanstronauts this Friday at Eastern Stadium.”

“I don’t even know what a soccer is,” said Craig Terrill, Chief Fact Officer of Lansing Facts Institute. “But seriously, we are proud and excited to partner with Lansing Common who are igniting Lansing’s passion for soccer.”

We can’t wait to pair the world’s most popular sport with the niche appeal of regional humor.”

Lansing Common has just three home games remaining at Eastern Stadium, with another this Sunday, July 16 at 4:00 PM. If the Robins win the Great Lakes West Division, they will host an additional game against the Great Lakes East Division champions on Saturday, July 29. 

Tickets to Lansing Facts Night are just $5 online or $7 at the gate. The special edition Lansing Facts Night t-shirt will be available for purchase at the game and sold online after the game.
