Lansing Common FC will host Troy United for a friendly match on Monday, May 20 at 11 AM.
In a special collaboration with the Lansing School District, this event will serve as a unique field trip for 4th and 5th-grade students throughout the district. This partnership aims to inspire young students and provide them with an engaging, educational experience outside the classroom.
“We are delighted to welcome Troy United for this friendly match and even more excited to partner with the Lansing School District to create a memorable day for the students,” said Eric Walcott, President of Lansing Common FC. “This initiative aligns with our commitment to community engagement and fostering a love for soccer, breaking down barriers to youth sports in Lansing.”
The game is not open to the general public but will be live-streamed on Lansing Common’s YouTube page.
