Lansing Common FC announced 2024 Early Bird Coffee beneficiaries today. The six organizations, chosen by Lansing Common members, will each receive donations from two months of Early Bird sales. 

Since 2021 the partnership between Lansing Common and Strange Matter Coffee has raised money for local organizations that make a difference in the Lansing community. A portion of sales from each bag of Early Bird is donated to these local organizations, and a smaller portion goes to support Lansing Common’s operations. 

In the last three years, over $5,000 has been donated to various nonprofits through this partnership. 

Beneficiaries for 2024 will be: 

January – February: Mikey 23 Foundation

March – April: Southside Community Coalition

May – June: Salus Center 

July – August: Cristo Rey Community Center

September – October: Women’s Center of Greater Lansing

November – December: Allen Neighborhood Center
